    "I have no complaints with the entire process but it seems that the Mini evaluation system, at the corporate level, is somewhat flawed if any response below a "10" is considered a failing grade. The scoring system really loses its value if you really have only two options - pass or fail. I rarely give anything "subjective" a perfect score of 10 as I think nothing subjective is ever really perfect, but I enjoyed the process overall and see no reason to penalize my salesman because the evaluation system is quirky.     "I was told I had to have new brake pads and rotors at 43,000 miles. I asked to keep my old parts and have taken them to multiple people who have assured me I absolutely did not need them changed yet and probably had at least another 20,000 miles left on them. I feel like Mini is overpriced for service and parts and took advantage of me replacing things that did not need to be done. I was also charged over $60 to have my front license plate mounted when it is the law in Texas and this is where I purchased my Mini brand new from the dealer. I feel like owning a Mini at all is way more expensive than average maintenance costs, the service at the dealership is always slow and I feel like they don't care about being considerate of the customer at all. If customers waits on work on car to be done within presented time frame it should be honored, otherwise immediate other arrangements have to be presented to customer, like a loaner car.     "I arrived at the shop around 8:35 am to do first annual maintenance and a small fix. In the email, I was qualified for a loaner. However, an adviser told me that the service will take only about 1 hour. I told him that I have a meeting at 10:30 am, and that I will need the car by 10 am. He said that it should not be any problem. So, I was ok to wait at the shop. By 10:10 am, no one had contacted me. I gave the advisor a call. He said that the car should be ready and will call me. 10 minutes later, I got the car. However, it was ready 10:25 am. I was ready late for the meeting...
